PlanX has secured a limited attendee room block at the Grand Hyatt Dubai, our official conference venue.
Staying on-site keeps you close to the conference, exhibition, networking areas, and other PlanX activities throughout the event.
Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are expected to sell out.
Getting to the Grand Hyatt Dubai Conference & Exhibition Centre is easy from anywhere in the city.
If you are travelling by taxi, simply ask for “Grand Hyatt Dubai.” Taxis are widely available throughout Dubai, while Careem and Uber are also convenient options.
If you prefer public transport, Dubai Healthcare City Metro Station on the Green Line is the nearest metro station, followed by a short walk or taxi ride to the hotel.

No. PlanX is a two-day conference and current ticket options provide access to the full event.
Single-day passes are not currently available.

Global Access gives you access to the two-day conference, exhibition, workshops, networking areas, event app, and matchmaking opportunities.
Global + Accommodation includes Global Access plus accommodation at the Grand Hyatt Dubai.
Sovereign VIP includes additional premium benefits such as VIP seating, exclusive experiences, additional workshops, closed-door sessions, and enhanced networking opportunities.

Yes. Ticket transfers are permitted up to 48 hours before the event.
After that window, transfers may no longer be possible.
Contact info@planx-stage.horizoners.design if you need to transfer your ticket to another attendee.
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person within the permitted transfer window.

No, arriving a day before PlanX is not required, but we recommend it if you are travelling internationally or want a more relaxed start to the event.
Arriving early can give you more time to settle in, collect your badge if early collection is available, and take advantage of networking opportunities around the conference.
Keep an eye on the PlanX website and social channels for final registration and badge collection information.
Your PlanX badge must be collected in person and cannot be shared or collected by another attendee on your behalf.
You may be required to present a valid photo ID during collection.
